Chef Rob Connoley was born and raised in St. Louis, receiving his BA from Loyola University in New Orleans and his doctorate from Purdue University. Connoley launched his culinary career in the remote mountain town of Silver City, New Mexico, earning far-reaching praise including from the New York Times, Saveur magazine, Sunset magazine, Gastronomica, various AAA travel magazines and ultimately a semi-finalist nod from the James Beard Foundation for Best Chef - Southwest.
